“Organize a unique team day for one of our departments, that should focus on connecting people and fun. We’re talking about more or less 60 people (bilingual), of which some are Hercules Trophy fans. We expect the best.” That is what BNP Paribas Fortis recently asked us.
BNP Paribas Fortis is a loyal Herculean fan. They send in numerous teams each year for the Hercules Trophy and last year, we organized their active family day for thousands of people. But a single department asking for a separate team day: sounds more like Hercules Projects.
It turned out to be an unforgettable experience yet again, based on a proven format with a great mix of activities that are accessible to all, a very own event website to guarantee maximum engagement and, of course, delicious food and lovely drinks on a beautiful location. The BNPPF employees came, participated and surpassed themselves!
I didn’t know you organized “smaller” events too?
We hear that one more often than we would like to admit. The answer is nevertheless: yes, without any doubt! We organize tailor-made events, team events and family days. It’s part of our engagement programs. You’ll never hear us say small though. If you can organize events for 5,000 people, you can definitely do the same for 60 and that’s just as fun. After all, our major advantage lies in being able to deliver proven solutions for all generations and budgets, thanks to our 20 years of B-2-B experience and our economies of scale and scope.
Does it have the same vibe as the Hercules Trophy?
We believe firmly in the Hercules vibe to realize engagement. So you’ll definitely recognize a lot of elements that are unique to Hercules Trophy. The biggest differences between the two, lie in the mass experience and the inter-company aspect that lack in a private event. However… we do have the ability to emphasize more on substance in a private event. And we decide together on the challenges, location and theme. Are you looking for ways to reignite your corporate values, customer centricity or start corporate well-being? We love to integrate your strategy into team events, because it’s more sustainable. Oh… and don’t be mistaken: yes, you can throw a hell of a party with just 60 party-goers!
