June 15th: such a beautiful, sunny day! AMS Sensors, market leader in the production of sensors, couldn’t have picked a better date for their yearly teamday.  Hercules Projects took care of the organisation. The goal? To connect employees with each other. Engagement is necessary in this hardworking environment with many different nationalities!

The day was called “AMS Sensors Trophy“, based on the Hercules Trophy concept, but adapted to the AMS Sensors needs . About 100 employees participated at Boeckenberg Sport & Businesscenter in Antwerp.

After strategic meetings in the morning and a delicious lunch the players were devided in teams, keeping diversity into account.

De competition started with a little brainlabour to get the brainwaves is resonance mode. A warming-up and 6 challenges were next on the agenda. Flip It, Cross Country, F1 Tire Change, Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting, Minute To Win It and Giant Table Soccer. The day ended with a typical Herculean award ceremony an happy faces.

Fun, action, gamification: crucial ingredients for a successful teamday!
