1. Take sufficient breaks to recover from repetitive movements. Sitting down for long stretches of time, are repetitive movements too! Be sure to add different movements to your routine, like standing up and moving around.

happens. Next time, try standing up during a longer meeting. Definitely ask your colleagues whether or not they agree on this, as your number one goal here is a productive meeting.
